2.General Refund Conditions
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following general conditions:

Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to commence the agreed-upon services within the timeframe specified in our contract, and the delay is solely attributable to Today Digital Agency LLC, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the initial payment, depending on the circumstances.

Service Not as Described: If the delivered service significantly deviates from the scope, features, or specifications outlined in the signed project agreement or proposal, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will first attempt to rectify the issues. If rectification is not possible or satisfactory, a partial refund corresponding to the value of the undelivered or non-conforming portion of the service may be considered.

Project Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced, refunds are generally not provided for work already completed or resources already allocated. Any deposit or initial payment may be forfeited to cover costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your project contract.
3.Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following items and services are generally non-refundable:

Third-party service costs (e.g., web hosting, stock photos, premium plugins, software licenses purchased on your behalf).

Consulting fees and discovery/strategy session charges.

Services already rendered, milestones completed and approved by the client.

4.How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit a written request to our support team via email. Your request must include:

Project or service name.
Date of purchase/contract signing.
A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request, referencing specific clauses in your contract or proposal where applicable.

5.Processing Time
We will acknowledge receipt of your refund request within 3 business days. We will review the request thoroughly, which may involve internal discussion and potentially further communication with you.
We aim to process refund requests and communicate our decision within 15 business days of receiving all necessary information. If a refund is approved, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
